From the Chef ♣ July 2015

July is upon us and we hope you are enjoying your summer.

This month we will be focussing our thoughts on the trials and tribulations of self. No where will the work you do count more than the work you put into you, and we want to inspire your best self. Keep checking in all month long for new posts about balance, creativity, and other things like the power of perception. Most of the posts this month will have to do with helping you improve and become open to the power of possibility.

Cheers,

Michelle Rene.

From the Chef    ♣    June 2015

June will ring in the summer. We hope you will be enjoying some sunshine this month. Our focus for the month of June will be music and health.

Music can rouse us from our slumber and excite us into having fun and feeling good. This month at the YSayNoCafe we will be posting several playlists on the Jukebox, one of which should surely peek your interest. Take some time and listen in, or sing along as we will be posting all of the lyrics as well. We hope you enjoy the collections we assemble, our hope is to make your days more enjoyable and keep you moving forward toward your goals.

Health is a big concern for us this month and we keep thinking of all those patrons who failed to shed their winter pounds and are feeling like crap because of it. Let’s face it, what you put into your body directly effects the quality of your life and the experiences you gain from day to day living. We are adding some amazing healthy diet ideas that will not only have you shedding up to thirty pounds by the end of summer, but get your skin glowing, your hair shining, and your energy level on the rise. Let’s change your life for the better from the inside out.

So be sure to stop by the Cafe for your dose of some of our best this month, you wont regret it.

As always, thank you for your patronage.

From the Chef ♣ February 2015

February having only 28 days in common years, it is the only month of the year that can pass without a single full moon. This last happened in 1999 and will next happen in 2018. If you are wondering why February is so short, it’s mainly because it was the month nobody liked much. See A STRAIGHT DOPE CLASSIC FROM CECIL’S STOREHOUSE OF HUMAN KNOWLEDGE

This February at the YSayNo Cafe:

  • we will be looking into ancient history and uncovering some basic lore about the ancient people of earth.
  • we will be crafting our writing and bringing you helpful articles to enhance your writing.
  • we will be searching for amusing things in science and in general.
  • we will be revealing more of our special sauce.
  • we will be searching for great artists and sharing them with you.
  • we will be feeding your muse with self-mastery articles.

If there is anything you would like to see on the menu feel free to comment below and one of our staff will get right on it.

Cheers,

Michelle Rene

From The Chef ♣ December 2014

We open this cafe with the intent of inspiring the muse in all of us.Self Portrait 2

Who are we if we do not take a precious moment of our time to delve into the mysteries that surround us.

Be you a writer or artist of any kind, may you find a plentiful bounty laid out for you here.

It is my hope that I can bring you food for thought and random bits of wisdom. May you find that mystical magical spark within these posts that inspires you to grow and create.

I promise to bring you material of substance that will be of use to you – and a bit of spice here and there for flare.

The world is large and as the artists of our own lives we are changing every day. As we work to evolve into our best version of ourselves it is constructive to devour information that encourages us to think outside of our normal perimeters. Only then can we test our boundaries and discover new methods of approaching our life as it is presented to us.

We are here to serve you, we take the greatest care in preparing our menu. We plan and seek far and wide to bring the best sustenance to your plate. Comment often, we are eager listeners, and anxiously await your insight.

Welcome…

the most sincere welcome to our  cafe.

May you leave fulfilled yet wanting.
